Ashtada Sastha Ayyappa Swamy Temple, situated at Jeevakona, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh has 18 Ayyappa Swamy avatars. The Sadguru Seva Charitable Trust is responsible for the management of this temple. Sankusthapana, an act of laying the Foundation for the construction of this temple was performed on April 21^st, 2016. The Temple was inaugurated on November 9^th, 2016.  It took 205 days to complete the construction of the temple.

This temple is constructed with 18 Sastha avatars, 18 Sri chakras, and temples dedicated to Mahalakshmi, Karumaari, Maha Saraswathi, and Swayambhu Rajeswari Amma.

Our respected Guru Swamy Bhrama Shri Chandra Mouli is a Kerala Brahmin who settled in Tripathi. He is a distinguished scholar who has researched a great number of books and different Grandhas and Sastras. As part of his quest for divine knowledge, he also visited many temples.

He is a member of and employed at Tirumala Tripathi Devasthana. He has written hundreds of articles and maintains Ayappa Vijayaa Maspathrika in Telugu. He was awarded a doctorate for his 2000-page book about Sasthaon Ayapapa Sarwasam. He also got the Ayappa Seva Ratna award from Kerala Govt.

This temple is dedicated to Lord Balaji Venkateshwara Swami and Jeevalingeshwara Swami. It is situated in the beautiful forest of Seshachalam at the foot of Jeevalingeshwara Swami, the Sivakona Jeeva Sastha.

We are currently constructing 27 Nakshatras in the temple, which will be installed soon.
